Before launching my coaching practice, I spent decades in healthcare leadership, guiding teams and organizations through complexity, growth, and change.

Throughout my career, I held responsibility for advisory delivery, operations, and team development within highly regulated and mission-driven environments, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing large-scale initiatives, and navigating the human dynamics that accompany organizational transformation. My work required balancing performance, accountability, and care for colleagues and clients—ensuring strong outcomes while supporting the people responsible for delivering them.

Over time, I’ve recognized that the most meaningful and lasting impact of my leadership came not from metrics alone, but from conversation: helping emerging leaders think more clearly, supporting colleagues through uncertainty, and fostering cultures grounded in trust and shared purpose.

That realization has shaped my second act.

I founded DFM Personal Development Coaching with one purpose in mind: to support individuals to move forward with clarity and confidence in the areas that matter most—life and personal well-being. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone becomes more fully aware of their own strengths, patterns, and possibilities. Coaching offers a space where those insights can surface and new directions can take shape.

I meet clients where they are, listen deeply, and help them uncover the perspectives, tools, and choices that create meaningful change. Whether you’re facing an impactful transition, or seeking greater ease and alignment in your personal and professional life, I offer a partnership that supports both exploration and steady forward movement.

My Coaching Approach

My approach is grounded, practical, and highly personalized. I believe coaching works best when it blends self-awareness with practical steps. Together, we explore not only where you want to go, but also what barriers might be getting in the way—outdated assumptions, limiting narratives, or unexamined habits. With greater awareness, those patterns lose their hold, creating space for new choices. From there, we build clarity, skill, and confidence through intentional action, thoughtful reflection, and accountability, so you can move forward with purpose, resilience, and a stronger sense of agency in your life.

My training through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) grounds my work in globally recognized standards of ethics, presence, and professional excellence. The ICF framework emphasizes deep listening, powerful questioning, and client-centered partnership—ensuring that my coaching remains focused on your agenda, growth, and outcomes. My adherence to ICF practice and ethical standards strengthens my ability to create a thoughtful, accountable space where clarity emerges, insight deepens, and meaningful, sustainable change takes shape.
